Random Ronald ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Random Ronald mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication). You may also sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, in which case we receive only the basic profile information those services provide.
Location Data
The App requests access to your device's location to provide nearby restaurant and venue recommendations. Location data is used in real time to power searches and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your current request. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this will limit the App's core functionality.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, spins performed, favorites saved, and subscription tier. This data helps us improve the App experience.
Subscription and Payment Data
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card information. RevenueCat provides us with subscription status (active, expired, tier) to unlock features within the App.
Device Information
We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and support purposes.

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Random Ronald is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication via Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
